Stay at a Resort Quality Portland, Oregon RV Park for Reasonable Rates

• All rates are based on 2 persons. Additional $2.14 per day or $21.40 per month for each extra person. Maximum 6 guests per site.
• Pets are allowed (3 max total pets, 2 dog limit). Due to insurance requirements we can no longer allow aggressive breeds of dogs in the park. Aggressive breeds are: Doberman, Pit Bull (Staffordshire Terrier), Rottweiler, Chow, and Wolf hybrids.
• Monthly Rates: Full hookup excludes complimentary power. Initial refundable utility hookup deposit of $75.00. There is also a non-refundable application and screening fee.
• Two (2) additional vehicles allowed per site.
• Portland Fairview RV Park does enforce a standard of excellence regarding the exterior and general conditions of recreational vehicles being admitted to the Park and does reserve the right to refuse admission for RVs not meeting Park standards.

Policies

• RESPECT YOUR NEIGHBORS: Please keep out of occupied sites - pets included.
  
  
• CHECK-OUT TIME: 11am unless by prior arrangement with the office. All overnight guests must be registered with the office. Only Registered Guests of the Park are permitted to use the facilities.
  
  
• SPEED LIMIT: Please observe 10 mph speed limit.
  
  
• QUIET HOURS: 10 pm to 7 am. Please respect your neighbors by limiting noise as they may have an early departure.
  
  
• CHILDREN: Parents are responsible for the conduct and behavior of their children at all times. Children under 14 must be supervised by an adult.
  
  
• AUTO POLICIES: All autos must be registered with the office, in good working order and with current tags.
  
  
• BICYCLES: May be ridden only on paved streets between sunrise and sunset. Children under 16 must wear helmets. (Oregon Helmet Law) No skateboards or Roller blades or scooters.
  
  
• PETS: Pets are a privilege. Your pet’s mess is your mess, so please clean up immediately. Dogs and cats must be on a leash at all times while outside your RV. Never leave your pet unattended. Vicious or loud pets will not be allowed. No dog houses allowed. 2 dog maximum. ALL PETS MUST BE REGISTERED WITH OUR OFFICE.
  
  
• LAUNDRY: DO NOT LEAVE CLOTHES UNATTENDED. Be considerate and remove laundry promptly. Leave laundry room neat and clean. NO CLOTHESLINES ALLOWED.
  
  
• EXERCISE ROOM: Exercise equipment is for ADULTS ONLY. No one under 18 years old allowed to use equipment. No wet swimming suits allowed in Exercise Room.
  
  
• RESTROOMS/SHOWERS: Restrooms and showers are checked and maintained regularly. Please do your part to keep them clean. Please notify the staff if any of our facilities need attention.
  
  
• NO TENTS ALLOWED.

• NO PARKING IN EMPTY RV SITES.
  
  
• SWIMMING POOL AND SPA: Hours are posted. NO LIFEGUARD IS ON DUTY. Children under 14 may not swim without adult supervision (18. years or older). Proper swim attire must be worn. NO DIAPERS.
  
  
• PATIO & RV SITE: All lots shall remain uncluttered. No storage of any type on your lot, only patio furniture allowed. Storage units are available. Please leave lot neat and clean. No outside wading pools.
  
  
• NO GARBAGE CANS ALLOWED: Dispose of your garbage in dumpsters only.
  
  
• RVs: Only modern, fully self-contained RVs are allowed. The Park reserves the right to refuse admission of vehicles not meeting Park standards. Campers and shells must remain on pickup trucks, unless otherwise approved by management.
  
  
• VEHICLE REPAIR & MAINTENANCE: No lubrications, oil changes, fabrication, body work, painting, etc., on site, except by professional mobile repair companies authorized by the Park Office. RV/car washing is allowed; please conserve water as much as possible. NO EXCESSIVE WATER USAGE!
  
  
• SUMMARY: The management reserves the right to change these rules whenever it proves to be in the best interest of the residents of the Park. We have a no-refund policy.
